Well Ive used creatine with Glutamine, BCAA, whey, Tyrosine, tribulus, arginine, multivitamine and wasnt getting my legs to grow although I eat about 2300-2400 cal a day on most days fo the week, eating someting every 1-2 hours, eat a lot esp after hard lifts, eat immediatly after lifting with Whey adn carbs... Creatine caused my liver enzymes to sky rocket so had to quit it... still take the others. Is there something else safe that wont do serious stress to liver that works I dont know about. I wont do test. I lift hard and just needed a boost for growth and little fat loss in torso.
