Also a hint for future experiences when someone approaches you to sell you a controlled substance... don't do it. As a female and also as a person new to dieting & training, you need to understand that first any guy who tries to tell you that steroids (note clenbuterol is NOT a steroid, but chances are if he's looking to sell you clen, he might also offer up some steroids as well) or even suggest that you use them to "tone" or "get lean" or "lose weight" because it worked great for him, it isn't the same. Steroids are basically male testosterone. Guys can throw more testosterone in there and not have a problem. Women have a significantly different reaction to steroids. Don't go there. Also know what it is that this person is offering you. The inject vs. ingest part is really scary. I'm so glad you came on here & asked before just following this dufus's advice. Obviously he has no clue.
The secret to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight & bodyfat level is DIET DIET DIET! Then training / cardio and rest. Steroids, clen, and any other supplement, controlled or not, are just that ... supplements to an already established diet and training regimen. There is no such thing as a magic pill for quick results. Its a lifestyle!
