Brother i wouldnt overthink this. I would stick with basic chest moves like the bench and maybe fly. The thing to note here is body fat. Stricly a diet and cardio thing. I cant recommend a system to you because i just dont have the experience and am trying new stuff myself but im thinking if you have the cardio and a decent workout split in place, then stick to it and fine tune your diet.
