v true ^^^^ just build it up with the norm flys dips presses etc, personally i like cable flys as there is tention all the way through, as mucih weght as u like easy 4 drop sets and at the top u actually get an extra bit of ROM (range of motion) by being able to alternatively cross your forearms, over lap them as u dont get with db, great 4 inner chest !!!!!! other than this tighten diet , more cardio is ya best bet
