injured myself doing chest on friday .... hadnt trained in quiet a while really didnt feel any discomfort or tearing anything like that just the worst doms (delayed onset muscle soreness) i have ever experienced!!!!!!!
chest is actually quiet inflamed taking nurofen 4 this got dencorub,tiger balm etc rubbed into it ...
i really didnt go hard 4 sets hammer strength flat press 30kgs either side and 4 sets slight inc db flys 12.5kgs thats it !!!! and i tell ya cant move arms outwwards (activates chest ) and same anything above shoulder height .....
when looking at my chest left side is actually quiet inflamed and puffy compared to right side ...
any suggestions ??? other than maybe take it easy next time
