The biggest problem I see is the amount of sodium in there. Your daily recommended sodium intake is around 2000-2400mg per day. Processed foods use sodium as a preservative. Too much sodium will cause water retention. You might could find a brand with less sodium.
Another thing is the protein value is low considering what you're eating. This is probably due to fillers used in it that have no or little value. A 4oz baked chicken breast has about 25g of protein.
