Hey atrflash, I actually added up (roughly) the values of what you listed in the other post and that is where the numbers come from. Overall the listed daily meal plan isn't too bad. To maintain your current weight you should be taking in about 3000 calories per day. I think the total calories were somewhere around 3300 for what you listed. To gain weight you want to be 500-1000 calories per day over that. To lose obviously you would lower your calories by 500-1000 per day.
The average person should consume about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Body builders usually take on 1.5 to 2 grams per pound.
I would say your carbs are low for bulking but being you are trying to reduce body fat they look good.
