Hey X, new to these boards, regular at elitefitness.com. Saw your scammer posts and found this place. Was just checkin out your log and saw that you're also plagued by an elbow injury. What happened? My workouts have been fucked due to pain in my left elbow...and I've been training with it like this for about 3 months now. Trying to find out what it might be (if our injuries are similar). Like you, I stick to cable work for triceps, and all pressing movements (for shoulders and chest) require that I have two 20 rep sets with light weight to get the elbow warmed up.
