I need to cut alot! please help!
Hey everbody,
I guess I'll start with my stats first then my diet and exercise.
27 yo
5'9
250lbs
heavy build
Well right now im on the South Beach diet, which for all intents and purposes is a carb diet with emphasis on whole grains and portion control. I have already lost about 15lbs on the diet, but am kinda leveling off abit. My exercise routine has been kinda lacking till just recently, but have started doing about 30min of cardio daily. (running) I dont really have any set workout routine in place yet, which is where you guys come in. What kind of routines should I be looking at to cut the maximum amount of bf possible. And what about my diet? Should I be looking elsewhere for the answer? I know this isn't gonna happen overnight, but I want to do everything within my power get my body ready for my first cycle. Also are there any good supps out there that could help me in my quest for lower bf?
