another delt tip
Here´s a variation of lateral raise I´ve learned and tried a few times too( not long though). Could be done either seated(perhaps even sitting on incl. bench) or standing. raise the dumbbels to the shoulder heigh as in normal lateral raise. Now here´s the trick, imagine the db´s are full of water and u want to empty them. In that up position turn your wrists so that the water can flow out ( thumbs as low as possible) .
Only wrists move so that your thumbs are way lower than your littlefingers. Now try to remain the wrists in that water pouring position through the whole movement and some serious good pain in the middle of delt should occur. Feels much more than the regular lateral raise. weights must be lighter though but the burn in the muscle is also much better....
this could be old news to many of u bros and sis but to me it´s brand new and I´d like to share the variation with u all. Try and tell if it works! I´m gonna give it a fair shot myself , no doubt.
