see that's the thing, whenever I've done a diet, I've done the method of calculating my BMR then lowering by 100-500 calories, even on keto, so if my BMR was 2500 i would eat only 2200 calories per day, but can you lose weight eating 3500-4000 calories but keeping those clean? sorry i'm a noob when it comes to dieting
