nitsuj im glad to hear you do some behind the scenes nutritional advising  cause if it were left to the clients alone...especially newbs, they would be in a dark forest at night without a flashlight

O yeah without a doubt.....they would never make it without the nutrition program i make for them.....for sure!! so it works good on both ends....they get to their personal goals.....and i get them there....with the help of the diet....that really helps me get more clients bec. ppl see how much i change ppl constantly.....and that wouldnt happen without all the pieces to the puzzle..................diet/training/cardio/and ME......haha
