Heres a rough diet
630am-protein shake w/honey
700am-5egg whites 3 whole eggs, 2slices whole grain toast
930am-Beef jerkey, love me some beef jerkey
1100am-steak/fish/chicken and salad
130pm-protein shake and some almonds
4pm-steak/fish/chicken salad sweet potatoe pre workout thirty to hour b4 workout
7pm-same as preworkout
9pm-tuna and almonds.
This is my normal diet I change it depending on if I'm bulking or cutting
