Ok sorry it took so long to get this posted But here is my diet... Please give it a read and tell me what you think.
0630 Breakfast:3 Egg Omelett (ham cheese tomato), Hash Browns, Rice, Bowl of fruit (Kiwi mostly) Bowl of Oatmeal
0930 mid snack: 5 Hardboiled Eggs(whites only) Protien Shake (Nitro-tech with Skim Milk)
1200 Lunch: Some sort of chicken breast or fish with mixed veggies, beans and or rice (brown rice if available)
1530 mid snack: Plan patty hamburger or chicken breast on a bun
1830 post workout shake: (Nitro Tech with Skim Milk)
1900 Dinner: Chicken Breast with Veggies or a meaty pasta of some sort. Dinner varies a lot really depends on what looks good.
This is an average day of meals for me. Hope this helps give you an Idea. Thanks for all the help guys.
