7:30am Insulin 10iu's and 2 iu's gh (wait 5 minutes and eat)
Lean meat w/pasta (hamburger helper or Tuna helper?? 1/2 box)
8:30am Lean meat w/pasta (the other half of the box??)
10:00am Chicken w/sweet potato
12:00pm Chicken w/sweet potato

3:00 gh 2 iu's pre-workout
workout 1 HR
10 iu's insulin post workout
4:00 PWO I Isopure w/carb load (may add ice cream some days??)
5:00 PWO II Chicken w/sweet potato
6:30 PWO III Chicken w/sweet potato
8:30 Chicken or lean beef w/salad
I haven't added up the calories. I think that is easy part. Trying to stay pretty low fat. Let me know what you would change. I wanna keep my waist line in check but I can let it go a little if need be.
