I just got done with the drop sets! Thank God it wasn't chest day, or I couldn't type. I think I will try this for a while.
I did squats........6 @315, 7 @ 225, 8 @ 135. With only enough rest to strip the weight. If took me like two minutes to recover my wind. Three sets there, then off to the leg press. I have only been squating for about a year. So the 315 is heavy for me.
