Super setting/Drop sets will knock you on your ass. I got in the best shape of my life when I followed this program for 8 weeks. I super setted everything, hitting failure many times within the same set. I also did ZERO cardio and my BF was the lowest I ever got it. I outlined a workout for each bodypart. Here is an example:
Shoulders-
Presses 225 6-8
185 6-8
135 6-8
Lateral raises 40lb 6-8
(D-Bells) 20lb 6-8
* Repeat 3-4 times
I think this kind of workout is about as intense as it can get. You will be in and out of the gym in no time. You can either train long or intense but you can not train long and intense.
Just make sure to warm up bigtime.
I have been adding a super set at the end lately, but now I am going to go back to super setting everything.
