Flyes for chest,slightly bent,less than 90 degrees.For rear delts,if you bend your arms and go heavy,you will be recruiting your rhomboids.I train all 3 heads of the shoulders as if the muscle were a "hinge",cause that's what it is.Those are small muscles that cannot move a lot of weight,and if you're using a lot.you're training something else.I'll say more about this in the near future,when I get some time.
