Ok,I tried these the other day...I started at 135,and it was pretty easy, actually. So I did 225,and it was so much fun that I did 5 or 6 singles. So I jumped to 275,and did a few.
A coupla things-first off,I practice yoga,of all things, and I think that helped with my concentration and balance, but it's reaaly not that hard.I'm used to the bar slung low on my traps, and that's not gonna work here, for obvious reasons. In addition to being up on my lower cervical vertabrae,my head is jutted forward a bit,in a position that I doubt my chiropractor would approve of.I only intend to go up to 315,over the next 2 workouts,so that should be okay, but I would not want to try this with 400 lbs plus!If I get to 315,Mr.X is gonna film it,and we'll post it.Stay tuned...
