CKD Workout
I just need some clarification regarding the workout outlined in X's article. When it says:
-(DAY 1-6) For each bodypart do 1-2 exercises with 12-10-8-6 -dropset-12 reps
So basically, I do the first 4 sets, at 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps. I'm assuming with each progressive set, I'm increasing the weight?
Then for the fifth set, I do a dropset starting with 12 reps...and then lower the weight for say another 3 times, going to failure each time...
Am I completely off here???
