Well...from my understanding you should take in 1 gram per pound of LEAN mass that you have.
If you weigh 210...try to take in 210 grams of protien every day. Consistency is VERY important here and so are carbs and good fats. I'd really like to see your diet (in detail) for a full week. Post that...and I'll do all that I can to help you.
