I read the post on T-3 but was woundering how important is it to keep a clean diet? Can you have a cheat day and still be ok? Ive tryed it twice with clen. T-3 worked up to 125 mg and Clen worked up to 8 tabs, never noticed much of a change. My diet was good (Not compitition) mind you but faily clean. (Reading the post)it seems since T-3 does not discriminate between Pro, Fat and Cho that it would burn the Kcal? Em i wrong in this assumption? Input plezz
