How long?
Hi ladies~
I see there isn't much here, so i thought i would start a new thread. I was just curious as to how long you all have been working out??? How much farther do you have to go to reach your goals??? And if you take something to help you along the way, what do you take and what are the pros and cons of it???
My name is Rachel and i am 23, i have a 4 year old daughter and another on the way. I had just started working out at the beginning of july. My husband thought it would be best for me to do an HST routine. I had never worked out or ate very well prior. I am about 5'5'' and weigh a whopping 90-95lbs. My goal was to start eating better and make what ever muscle i have bigger in means of covering up all of my bones...LOL Now i am pregnant, so i think some of this will have to wait, but can't wait to hear what you guys do, so i have great tips after the pregnancy. I hope to get to talk to you all soon!!!
