OK so here is a question...i tend to do mine in the oven..let them cook all day in their juices..however...always seem so fatty...the fat of course collects in the dish...however it effects teh taste of the meat..i love it, because the fall of the bone and easy for my daughter to eat...Now i find this most with Pork...which has less fat? is there something i can do? I mean drain it half way? or i don't know, throw someting in there to soak it up? hhmm..i will have to definantly try your way next time..thank you sweetie!!! Oh...and i have been keeping my work out journal..and i think i had to have gained like 5 pounds over the holiday!! when i get back home tomorrow..will post it all up. TY
