Balls to the Wall Poll and what made you puke in the gym
I'm not sure if this is the right forum or if it should be in the off-topic forum, but here goes anyway. RJ mentioned in a post about pulling a trash can by the squat rack just in case he gets sick during his new workout routine. I've gotten sick one time during a back workout and passed out one time near the end of a leg workout. I have an idea why those events occurred but was curious if it has happened to others and why.
If you guys can think of other possibilities please post them. I remember also getting sick one time but didn't ralph when I drank a protein/maltodextrin shake before the workout too, and yet I think I had a really intense and great workout after eating two sausage egg McMuffins too.
I personally don't like getting sick in a workout because I'd like to finish the workout, but what would you guys do to limit getting sick or passing out so that you can get the most outta your workouts?
