Hi everyone! My name is Tina. I'm just getting into these discussion boards and appreciate all the good info I am learning. I've been reading alot but now would like some opinions, especially from some of the more experienced members and/or ladies that have been had the need to lose as much or more weight than I do. My main goal at this point is lose some serious weight. I'm 42 almost 43 and my body is really playing all these tricks on me. About 2 years ago I went through a year of several very emotionally stressful events in my life and I ended up ballooning up from 148 to 195 in 1 year time. And I am having the hardest time getting it off. I have just recently gotten extremely fed up and to the breaking point and decided to concentrate all my efforts into getting this weight back off. I know the diet and exercise is the biggest key. I have increased as well as altered my gym routine (more cardio and weight routine) and have changed my diet to a high protein, low carb diet. I believe I am one of those true Carb Addicts...not good!!! I have been considering trying some things that can help boost my losses such as a cycle of clen and t3 with ephedrine on the off weeks. I would so appreciate any and all comments and suggestions! Thanks everyone!
