Have u had a blood panel done specfically for hormone levels, thyroid levels, as well as cholesterol and blood sugar?
Carbs are ok, just keep them low GI, whats that? they don't elevated insulin levels, like brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal. Use bread only if it says 100% whole wheat or multi-grain but use that sparingly.
Keep a log at first to train you on how much you should be eating,
