Sprints alternated with Torso sprints (Upperbody cardio machine) and walking. My bi's get pumped to such an extreme it's actually painful then I start to feel sick. Sprints usually follow 30-40 minutes of cardio.
The 20 rep squat routine that I posted. I usually get sick after the 2nd set of supersets. Out of the choices it's most definately rest period (60 secs).
