i just threw up last week with this workout:
i alternated these excercises without a break inbetween, doing 4 sets of each. (it is my buddies workout... i thought it would be simple, and damn was i wrong) started with a set of 12 pull ups, went directly to deads for a set of 12, directly to pushups to failure, directly to hack squats for 12, directly to leg press for 12, and then back to the beginning. Man did i puke my guts out when i got home... barely could drive home.... i just figured it was due to no break between sets, and intensity i guess.
If id a known it was gonna be this kind a party, id a dipped my balls in the mash potatoes...
