I have never been a fan at all.. hate it actually.. but when i do do cardio, i find that the morning first thing on an empty stomach usually produces the most results for me... However if it is cardio just to stay healthy and keep the heart pumping, i do the elliptical or walk my dog

I hate it too try to get it done in the fastest most effective way 20 minute hit intervals on an eleptical. When it get nicer out I may go running the park I live by a nice big one. Also rollerblading on the lakeshore but that is pipe dream right now dam snow.

I have some videos to I may give them a try if I get real bored. I had been considering taking a MA but to honest I think the classes really bored on over training.
