ALA/rALA taken w/ ALL carbs?
Been using these religously lately, and am liking the results so far. My question is can I take it w/ nearly all my daily carbs? I only take them if carb intake goes above 25g, and I take about 6 on average per day. Reason being is that I am following X's bulking diet to a "T", but I cant seem to get my carb % at the right level, I also take them when I cheat w/ junk food.
