Hello everyone newb with questions
Hey everbody, I was told about a fitness site from a friend and ended up here. I wanted to learn as much as I can about a proper diet. If this is in the wrong forum let me know. I am 25 5'10" and 186 lbs. I use to work out alot from 19-23 then I stopped. I have gained a stomach and the dreaded handles. Even though with a shirt most people would say I am thin, so its not out of control. I would like to get lean, and get my muscle mass back. I know nothing about a proper diet. It would be great if someone could help me out with that or point me in the right direction.
