Congrats on your progress! I love when I get to that point when it all starts just falling off.
Right now I am coming back from an injury that put me out for four months. I have been back at it for about 2.5 and have not seen only nominal results in terms of fat loss, I still have about 12 lbs. to go before I feel "normal" again. Any tips or recommendations of what you did that helped? I am really at a plateau and regardless of what I do it seems I am just not losing. I have been pretty stressed at work lately and I think that could be contributing to it?
