Punishment - you are good to go. I have several of that type (same logo, white dot ... etc) and shot them many times over the past 2 years. Obviously it'll kick in at different times for different people, for me starts kicking in on about day 10ish, and I become a walking hard-on (if your not wanting to pull your p....... at least 2/3 times a day; every day you'll know yourself). Have a great workout & cycle. First time I shot them, had a bit of a dead quad for a day or two, and occasional sting whilst it's going in (but not as bad as some sust!!!), but now - don't get sore at all (2ml barrel - up with the green - in with the blue). What you shooting - 250 twice a week ?
