Injection Tips .... Anyone? Please!

I've only shot in my glutes, but a Tren cycle means every day. Any tips on shoulder and quad injs? Every bit helps.

If it is the first, you would be or should be doing it every other day and not every day. Are you stacking anything else with the tren?

Anyway, for the quads:

Just a good and easy way to do it is place the tip of your middle finger on the top of your knee cap on the near outter edge. Lay your hand on your leg and see where the palm at the top edge near the wrist but at the base of the thumb is and it should be an ideal place to inject. It should be near the middle portion of the quad and if you look at the very middle of the front of the quad and divide it down the middle you would be 1/3 of the way toward the outside or the side of the quad.

Delts are usually right in the very middle of the delt, shouldn't be hard at all to find that. I have a smallpox vaccine scar on my left deltoid right in the middle and I use that as my guide and barely go above it to inject...er, in theory I would if I ever injected anything.

For the quads and delts a 1 inch 0.23 or 0.25 guage should be more than adequate for injecting. Its not that bad at all.

I abandoned glute injections a long time ago after getting tired of LAS (lumpy ass syndrome), Now I use only delts and triceps for gear shots, going in with a 25g 1" pin The localized inflammation enhances the appearance of the respective muscle groups, and the small gauge of the pin helps minimize scar tissue. As Spook mentioned, for the shoulders, simply aim for the middle of the medial delt.

For the latter three, you shouldn't have too much of a problem shooting up to 3cc. Biceps can be a bit tricky, since in my case they get very sore, so I personally prefer not to inject more than 2cc at a time into them. Others may have a greater tolerance, however.

I lift the plunger with my pointer an middle finger and hold the syringe with my thumb and other finger. But i never did any other injections other than glute. I was wondering how high or low u have to inject when shooting into the delts, and i am very slim so i was wondering if i could use a 5/8" syringe 25 gauge??
