GLUTE INJ. ARE A WASTE OF TIME, IMO!!!

I only hit them for test shots and thats it...All winny and fina I site.....So hittting the delts or anything else with test I find to be over kill....Plus I bruise sometimes from the test and don' t need for people to see that.....If you can't hit muscle with a 1 1/2 22g their is a prob......

Agreed!

I rotate between, delts,bis,tris and quads, i fell as if i am in better control and position if something was to ever go wrong. It is just safer!

Is there any truth to this, 'cause my ass is gettin it's own zip code. Not fat at all. I want to think it's cuz I'm working my glutes, but I'm not believing myself. Why would there be local effects greater than the overall effects?

I agree most people should have muscular glutes if you do cardio., squats or leg presses. No offense Nawlin but sometimes glutes are the only spot that is tolerable for I* gear, unless you don't have to lift your arm for days. Even glutes you'll probably walk with a pimp limp, lol.

I agree with the I* gear comment...that's the only place I'd stick it, except last year when I was dieting and using the prop/susp combo....that shit hurt soooooooooo baddddd!!! I was shooting everywhere, used it for the last 6 weeks and my whole freakin body hurt from the shots. I usually put all long acting/ester gear in the rear. All ester free and short acting goes in the bi's mostly and ocassional tri's and delts. Also, there is not that much fat in most peoples butt's that would prevent a 1.5" dart from reaching into the muscle.

I have to say that the gluts is not my favorite place to hit but I do hit them.. It's not to bad if you got a little Biatch to play nurse on you..haha
