Damn bro 21 gauge in your biceps? I stick to 25g. mostly for site injections. It just takes a little bit longer to inject. My ass is sexy though, and I hit hard muscle every time, lol. Those fat asses aren't up to par in diet and every thing else......

Not to sound ignorant but I am glad I just read this post. I have only done a few cycles, and that was a few years ago. I always did glute shots. But now I am going to do a combo of Tren/Prop/EQ and frequent injections are now going to be necessary. How can I find out the optimal target spot for Bi's, Tri's, Quads, Delts etc. I mean I could just guess but I want to be safe. I know the quad you are supposed to hit it at about 10:00 on the left leg (outer) and 2:00 on the right leg. But what are the specific locations for the other body parts?

Go to spotinjections.com. I like doing bi's flexed right into the peak, and then relaxed once the pin goes in. Tri's right into the side at the longhead. Don't use a harpoon like Nawlin said though, lol. Get some 25gX1" pins for site injections.

PLUS WHEN SHOOTING OILBASED IT TAKES FOREVER WITH A SMALL GAUGE NEEDLE!!

Besides the fact that I prefer site injections, reaching around for the glute is a pain in the ass!

I used to do glut injects exclusively until I started to develop too much scar tissue. I'm doing ED injections now so I have to rotate sites. Still use the glutes for anything over 1.5cc though. V3
