For some reason everytime I twist to do a glute shot muscles in my back and ribcage area start twitching and cramping up (plus trouble being that flexible trying to see what you're doing makes you really need to twist). And when you're back and ribs start cramping up and twitching you can't help but then flex your glute muscle involuntarily which makes glute shots for me real unpleasant. The only time I do glute shots is if someone does them for me and I can totally relax.
