Quad injections

I never did try more to the rear of the quad, but always tried to go for the deepest belly of the quad muscle instead. Technically, you can put the pin anywhere so long as you don't hit a major nerve like the sciatic or nail tendons, ligaments, or bone....OUCH!!!!!

Easiest way I have found is to prop one leg up on the toilet and shoot...I hold my hands at my side and were the palms hit the quad is where i shoot..pretty easy...just don't use any ip prop/susp in your quads...OUCH!!

I usually sit on the crapper.. extend the leg and relax it.. and bounce the shots up and down the outside sweep of the quad.. love them quad shots..
