When site injecting...

Ideally you should inject both sides equally just in case site injection really do cause localized growth.

Esterless gear, That means ED shots. Don't waste time hitting both Bis in one day. Shoot left on Monday right on Tues etc.. that 24hrs of having gearin one Bi and not the other ain't gonna make you "imbalanced". Delts Traps Pecks whatever else you can wrap your brain around, all should be done the same. WHY? cause you need each spot for rotations, If ya hit both Bis in one daY, YOU will eat up rotation sites too quick. With painfull shit like water based gear, you will come to value as much time between re-using a muscle as possible.

As for the spookman's question, I say if you can see both separate heads of the Bi, use each one in the rotation. Probably a good idea to skip the outer heads until you can get enough meat to put gear into. I did get a nice growth surge going my last tren/winny cycle by hitting that outer head exclusively when site injecting bis.
Just be sure to go in easy and no bigger than a 25g. There is a lot more stuff(nerves, vessels) to hit in the deeper outer heads than sticking your peaks

Just made some homemade brew for the first time. Came out to a nice golden piss color !!!! I'm going to start site injections tomorrow...probably hit the delts first!! Then I'll go 100mg/eod...rotating it!!

Is 100mg eod okay? I saw some posts saying that eod wouldn't keep the blood levels consistent, but if for first timers I heard it's okay!

hit front delts with fina, rotated eod, couldn't lift arm above eye level after shot afterwards rest of day for three weeks. BUT, cappers grew like a m-o-f-o. worth every twinge.

And what are the common areas to site inject with Tren? Meaning what spots do the majority of members or people tend hit on a consistent level.

...I don't hit the separate heads of Delts, only Medial head. My Fronts don't need help since all the pressing power comes thru them. Sides on the other hand give a wide appearance when developed right so if there is head-specific developement. I want it there.
Biceps, as I stated above, can benefit nicely from outer head sites. I have good peaks and need more overall size, so hitting the harder to work head just makes sense.
Triceps, if you don't have help and you have a decent level of musculature, are a ***** to separate. The long head is largest thus easier to hit, so I go there(don't Tri site much though)
Calfs, after years of running in jumpboots during my Army days I just don't need more help there. Also the times I tried hurt like fuck-all so I say avoid them.

If I need an ED rotation I do:
Mon LDelt
Tue RDelt
Wed LQuad
Thu RQuad
Fri LBi
Sat RBi
Sun LGlute
etc....

I recommend ED at 50mg over EOD at 100mg, however I had good results first few times w/ EOD Tren.
