anyone know how to block cortisol after a cycle?

Hello, wanted to know if anyone has any experience in cortisol blocking, especially after an AAS cycle. I would like to keep most of my gains obviously. ANyone have any advice? anyone have any experience (hopefully a good one) with any products that suppressed cortisol and allowed u to not shrivel up like a raison? i know that getting test levels back to normal (and lh and fsh and estrogen) is a big part as well, but what about stopping cortisol.

obviously, but there are a few products that will help.

Phospatelsyrine (sp) is one of 'em.

and the other... damn it, BigJ here knows of another good one.

Other than that, the usual protein, carbs/hi GI as the insulin spike will lower cort. levels.

INSULIN.... that's why have a dextrose/whey shake immediately after training.

I have no research other than several posts that suggest clen will help if taken after cycle to control corisol..

LOL i guess i should have read post instead of just subject....

insulin does stop coritzone..

however post cycle... clomid brings natural T back up..... clen is anti catabolic so u can throw it in as well...

other than that...cut back on training volume and keep cals high.... u shoule be able to keep 90% or more of your gains by doing this.. no need for anything else.... some would try a dbol bridge for 8 weeks 10mg first thing in am (read articl first though)...

Supposedly 1 gram of PS a day helps when your levels are high coming off a cycle. It's expensive as hell though.

Cytadren 250 is a potent cortisol blocker as well as an anti-estrogen, but it is pretty strong. I've taken it as high as 1000mg/day and it leaves you feeling stoned, but alot of competitors will try using it at 250-500 mg/day to suppress cortisol when they are leaning out for a show. Cytadren can be hepatotoxic so make sure your liver is healthy before trying it.
