help for a cycle

i've got a buddy who's 5'11" and weighs in at 170lbs. He's kinda small boned. He's asian and he's got the typical asian build. Not much meat, small boned but lanky. I kinda told him that if he wanted to do a cycle he should use arnd
500mg Sustanon/10 days for 8-10 weeks
Anabol(pink stars) at 25mg ED.
Do you guys think its the right advice? Its his first cycle, so i didnt think he'd need too much stuff. And i also thought the 500mg sustanon/10 days be enough instead of the usual recommended 500mg/week, since he's smaller built. or would a sustanon only cycle be good enuff?? he's got a good solid 3 years of lifting xperiance.

oh and he's gonna be 22. does that make a differnce too?

that sounds like a solid beginner cycle... he might as well try and go lower dosages and see what he gets... i see nothing wrong with it... but make sure he has post cycle stuff like clomid or nolvadex.

for different people at different times, and a large percentage of athletes have low-test levels. I think he'll be fine with what you're prescribing him. Sust only is fine, adding the d-bol is fine. Make sure to tell him to get the protein down his throat.

...he's a slight build, Sust is gonna add alot of bloat. Dbol will only compound it. Use the Dbol money and get some LDex/Adex to run with the Sustanon. Deca or EQ would be money better spent than using the Dbol. Just me but I like quality over quantity gains.

as I found my test levels were low at age 22-23. I'm sure one of the reasons the Asian genetics are the way they are is due to lower testosterone levels. I'm sure he'll benefit greatly if he does everything right.

Just ask BBA (resident Asian on this site)... he used to be a skinny little slant-eye... now he's a big one.lol
