Yeah, as much as I like sticking, right now I'm all agitated because both of my glutes are killin me. I look like an old man when I get in and out of my car! It seems each time I hit a site there is less pain.

When on cycle I shoot every day...off cycle it's every other day. And that's just cause I get so sick and tired of injecting every damn day.

I will do about 150mg prop eod, if I was using suspension I would shoot ED...

With a half-life of around 3 days or so... you can do it every other day... doing it everyday can be more beneficial to balance your blood levels... however, the constant poking might drive you crazy... doing it EOD might be a little better, even as far as blood level regulation and avoiding the pin cushion feeling.

I don't have experience here.. but if I were to take a guess, I'd say shooting any juice directly into a muscle right before a workout will help a little bit. At minumum, the juice will help stretch your muscles a bit.
I shoot test cyp twice per week only on quad days. I'm thinking it is really helping!

200 mg prop EOD works absolutely awesome. What are you trying to do by shooting cypionate on your quad days?? You'd be far better off by doing what you're doing with Test suspension, at least for an immediate increase that can be felt. You'll be making gains on cyp becuase it's longer acting, stays in the system longer. Wouldn't really make a difference on quad days or not IMO.
