Glute Injection Nausea?

Thanks to everybody here who has helped me with all the advice. You've all been great.

The pins arrived with no problem, and my glute injection went without a hitch. About 10 seconds after the of deca went in, I felt a little ( actually quite) nautious for about 30 seconds, but I'm not sure if it was from the deca or just from this being my first glute injection. I feel good now though. Anybody else have this? The injection really is painless! Cool!(I could do without the nausea though)

Nerves bro. It would be my guess, out of my own experience of course, that the anticipation, anxiety, and the eventaul self-administered first injection was the root cause of your nausea. Sometimes we work ourselves up to a fevered pitch in our minds, without even knowing we are doing so, and the body needs to release that anxiety. I can imagine you were also light-headed. It's a very surreal experience to give yourself an injection and with time, it will become easier and less of a traumatic experience...

Definetly your gut bro. My first time I did it by myself I was shaking like a leaf and got stomach cramps from my nerves. Now I laugh and sometimes look forward to it. It will get better.

Yeah, that's kinda what I figured, but it makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one who has had something like this happen. You're right, a very surreal experience. I didn't think I was nervous, but apparently was and didn't even know it.

Yup, I think nearly everyone goes through this the first few injects, sometimes it will still happen to me if I have trouble penetrating the skin or if I hit a nerve or vein. Just definately a mental mindfuck.

Once again, you guys are right on. Second dose today with no nausea whatsoever. My leg feels funny though.

Glad to hear the nausea is gone. After your legs quit shaking from the nervous energy, you'll be fine..

I was a 16 y.o., mullet-haired, 155 lb. kid w/a ml. of Deca, poised to plunge, nervous as hell in my grandma's bathroom...

And I about passed out and dropped to the floor on my knees w/that first glute shot...

I kept picturing my grandma and grandpa finding me laid out dead against the shitter from some one-in-a-billion injection complication...

And now I look forward to it...Especially bi's...

Funny how things change, ain't it??...
