ending 3 month deca/test cycle - thinking of eq next

maybe i missed it above bro, but what kind of cycle you lookin to do?? bulk, cut...i know i saw you wanted 10 lbs, so i am assuming against the bulk??

if your lookin for 10 lbs...i'd run winny, eq, and fina or tren....
something like

50-100mgs winny ED
400-600 mgs EQ week
100 mgs eod fina or tren

i love EQ, for hard vascular gains....but i'm not sure about the appetite gains....i've never had those....
but the above cycle should work nice for ya...
and i'd say wait 4-6 weeks to start.....
and one more thing, i'd advise against throwin the dbol in at the end, it won';t do much good there...if anything, run it at the beginning of your next cycle....

one thing, never run deca by it self..ever heard of a thing called deca dick, I have had it does happen..lol everyone say's that EQ is so much better then deca..not true IMO. deca just takes a lil long to really kick in ,it's one o those long trem drugs.. adn how long you should wait... well the ole saying stay on and then get off for as long as you where on...I like that saying... it lets your body get back to normal,,I like the sound of that IMO... I have heard ppl taking as lil as 200mg and seeing some hunger from eq, that's really just you and you just well have to find out for yourself bro....

I wouldn't run deca by itself. In fact, I was going to run test only, but decided to mix it up a bit with the deca.


I had no probs with deca dick - well, no more than I already had



Anyhow, I was hoping for another 10lbs.. but just couldn't run the cycle too long - started with fatigue, etc.


I've been off for 5 days. Running hcg, for 15 days then will start either clomid or nolva.

- wait about 3 weeks then probably hit the cutting stack.

fyi- 5'10" 180lbs - already really lean - started at 145lbs.

I'd like to hit over 210lbs, but I have the patience to wait for that for a while. I'll look damned good at 195 lean.

Like Treny said bro, wait about the same amount of time you've been on. Give your body a chance to return to a semi "normal" state. I know mentally it's not as rewarding as gaining 5lbs a week, but you have to look at the big picture. Besides, if you train just as hard and eat well, you may actually gain during your "off" period.

If you wanna eat more , throw in 25mcg T3 into your bulking diet. This will speed up your metabolism, and speed gastric emptying. This means an empty belly faster which means you'll eat more and more often. Eq is a great drug don't get me wrong, but the appetite increase has been greatly exagerated IMO
