Web, speak to me bro! 200mg deca a week does not sound like that large of a dose for the first 1-6 weeks. Why aren't you happy with the deca? Heard rave reviews about the EQ from Jaws, however, also heard one can keep their gains on the deca. The only reason I was entertaining deca for my next cycle was due to the joint pains of been experiencing..Interested to hear your point of view..

deca is pretty good - better than test alone, etc.
but, eq is better. - both are good on joints. eq doesn't have the progesterone related sides like deca does. eq will also make you a hungry ass eatin machine - which is what I need to be. - deca didn't do that for me. with deca, if you don't have your cals up - it's pretty much wasted. - I did o.k. with the cals, but not nearly as well as I should have. I think keeping gains is the same for eq and deca.

...is not really about the gear Bros.
Its about water retention and controlling it. Everyone says EQ or Deca gains are easier to maintain, thats only because with less water retention, the gains are lean tissue. If you used any Testosterone with the right amount of aromatase inhibitor, you'd keep all those gains too. If you don't you'll still get the same amount of lean tissue gains, you just have to shed the water to find the true amounts. Then everyone believes they "lost all their muscle" when in fact you just shed the bloat. Also, don't count on EQ making everyone eat more. I have run 6 cycles with it at doses from 500-800wk and never felt any hungrier. If you wanna eat more , throw in 25mcg T3 into your bulking diet. This will speed up your metabolism, and speed gastric emptying. This means an empty belly faster which means you'll eat more and more often. Eq is a great drug don't get me wrong, but the appetite increase has been greatly exagerated IMO Bigger...Stronger...Faster...Polish...bronc |

what are your thoughts on how long to wait to start an eq cycle? I got really good gains so far, but want another 10 lbs. - I haven't gained much in the last 3-4 weeks at all. - I figure I need a bit of a break maybe? I have enough deca for another week and a half, and enough test for another 5 weeks. - But I don't see the sense in using it if my gains have stopped.

4wks after all post cycle drugs are gone and you feel no signs of crash(lethargy, no libido etc) If yer balls are full and you really feel recovered, 4wks will give yer liver/kidneys a little break. Then go to it. Save that Test get ahold of 5more wks worth and run it with 500wk EQ and if you like Dbol run a lite 30mg ED for 6-8wks with .5-1mg Adex ED Thats good for at least 15 keepable. I think you gains are quite impressive 35lbs....you did well come off like bronc said and give yourself a break, keep eating (by the way what does your diet look like?) Make it your goal to keep as much mass as you can during this period, if you need to increase your appetite b-12 inj. can be found pretty easy and will increase your appetite, especially beneficial during your post-cycle therapy and off-time.

ya know, I did the b12 things for a while and didn't see a difference.
my diet consists of everything I can possibly cram down my throat. on a good day if my appetite is up to it: meal 1 - oatmeal (cold if I can do it) meal 2- about 6 scrambled eggs with 100%fruit jelly and maybe sausage glass of nonfat milk with milk/egg protein powder mixed in meal 3 - fast food usually. - two big burgers, or 6 items from taco hell. Today I went to kfc and had 2 chicken breasts, 1 burger, mashed taters meal 4 - pb&j sandwich with onfat milk + protein powder (sometimes this is substituted with can of white tuna + may sometimes on bread, sometimes not) meal 5 - dinner - whatever the wife is cooking and plenty of it. If she doesn't have meat, I'll throw in a steak or fish with it. meal 6 - another pb&j sandwich, unless I have icecream or another desert around I also snack throughout the day peanuts, wheat thins, and I eat those fake crab meat stick things = 140 cals, no fat cals. bedtime protein shake on a bad day, 3 meals, a few protein shakes. - it's the bad days that I need to fix. it seems taht there are too many bad days to keep my diet stable.
