If you hit a big basic bulk cycle,how much can iexpect to gain and retain when I am done?? When I get around to starting(getiing all of this freakin fat off my ass) i will be 6'0",240lbs and around 12%bf.Will one cycle do it??Will 10lbs of meat make a big diff on a body or should I shoot for 20lb? Remember the big dude off the Green Mile?Thats about how big I wanna get.Any suggestions?

lol... 20 lbs FOR SURE bro... 10 is childs play on a bulker. the main thing to keep in mind is diet and training, but if done right.... 20 lbs is definitely attainable... a little over even.

If id a known it was gonna be this kind a party, id a dipped my balls in the mash potatoes...
