Default SUPERGIRL.........GH question

Hogg over at Meso told me to look you up. I have a question about Growth usage for women. A friend of mine just got a kit of Serostim, and i was wondering how you think she should take it. Your personal preferences would be a good start, however, she's hypoglycemic, and i'm pretty sure using exogenous gh will affect her differently. should she use T3? also, i don't suppose you would suggest slin, but how should she eat? when should she take her injections, and how much do you recommend? 1-2iu/day? every day? split dosage? your help is greatly appreciated. thanks again. (btw, i'm not tristan, she is, but she's new to these boards, thanks)

i was away in Vegas for the USA's... i also do not hang on the boards over the weekends.. i actually have a life lol Smile

exogenous gh will make her hypoglecemia worse. She really needs to be diligent with her meals and timing.. every 3 hours on the dot. 1-2ius per day.. start off the first 2 weeks with 1iu and see how she feels, then you can run it at 2ius for 4+ months.. either morning or bedtime injections.. depends on goals... bedtime is better for recovery and fat loss while morning is better for strength and muscle gains (when combined with an aas)
i can not recommend a diet nor slin as i have NO idea what her goals are.. Slin will put weight on for sure!! Slin will also mess with her sugar levels and i would personally NOT recommend it to someone with a predisposition to diabetes or hypoglecemia.. T3 is NOT necessary.. she is not doing nearly enough gh to negatively effect her thyroid.
Again, as per her diet, i really do not know her goals to make suggestions, but carbs will be metabolized a bit better while on gh so she can afford to have a moderate carb diet rather than a low to no carb diet.. Plus she will especially need sugar/carbs due to her hypoglecemia..

thanks so much for the reply. actually, her main goal is fat loss. she's tried clen (just made her hold water ???), and probably every ECA under the sun. i've tried to put her on a diet but i'm not sure if it's tailored specifically enough for her hypoglycemia. what would you suggest, with GH use, and also, how should she tailor her diet and workout around her injections? for example, let's say she works out at around 6 or 7pm, when and how much should she eat before and after, and what time should she take her shot? she weighs around 125lbs....what kind of nutrient distribution should we aim for (daily caloric totals)? her problem areas are her hips and butt....should she spot inject those areas? i know it's good to move around the body, right? thanks again for all your help.

i have not heard of clen holding water before.. her diet must have been off because i can not think of any other reason for her to hold water while using clen...
As i suggested before, she can consume a bit more carbs than normal as the gh will metabolize carbs better and with her hypo she needs the sugars.. tailoring a diet to her injections is overkill.. if her main goal is fat loss and recovery then i suggest she take her shot at bedtime.. the gh has nothing to do with when she works out and what she eats before and after.. that is diet related to her needs and training.. If slin were in the picture, then she would need to tailor her diet around workouts and meals..

you ask for nutrient distribution and caloric intake.. well without going into too much depth she needs a clean diet consisting of 5-6 meals every 3-4 hours. Cals should be 1200-1500 for weight loss and comprised of high protein, mod carbs and mod fats... veggies are a must as well for fiber (dark leafy greens etc) with the hypo, basically she needs to keep sugars in her body which eating consistently on schedule and balanced meals, it should be controlled nicely (mine always is) i have been dealing with hypoglecemia since puberty and as long as i eat regularly, i am fine.

spot injections... i would only suggest she move off her stomach and onto hips and butt after she is really lean.. gh is not the wonder SPOT drug people wish it was UNLESS you are already very lean and have little areas to clean up.. but in general, a complete circle around the navel is were sub-q injections should be done.. This can also be found in the serostim manual. Just pinch some fat around the bellybutton and insert the pin into the pinch and there ya go...

supergirl, thanks so much for all of your help. my hypoglycemia is a real pain in the ass sometimes. my goal is 110lb/lean muscle. my normal weight is usually 112-115. in the last year i've tried clen several times and anavar. the anavar was great but i started getting a little bigger than i wanted, i stopped taking it after five weeks and gained some weight. i have been having a really hard time losing so your advice has been a big help. thanks!!!!!!!!

In all honesty Tristan.. if your ONLY reason for using the gh is to lose weight, In my professional opinion, i would NOT use the gh... weight loss is one of the perks of gh which really is not even seen until like the 3rd month of use anyway..

If you are having trouble pulling off those last few pounds, JOIN the club lol.. we ALL struggle with the last ones... IMO try a pre-contest diet for about 3 weeks and i guarantee you will drop Smile then to maintain, really watch your carbs.. For your particular condition, your diet needs to be VERY regular anyway.. meaning you really need to adhere to a consistent every 3 hour meal plan!! You can allow yourself carbs at each meal to control the hypo, but keep them complex and fiberous.. you can do well with sticking to proteins and veggies and some oatmeal and pots here and there... also, try doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for a few weeks to amp up your weight loss and blow past a plateau..

The initial post was requesting info on gh usage and hypoglecemia.. Now after seeing your post and particular goal, i would NOT personally recommend gh for you... But that is just my $.02.

I began my gh use about 2 yrs ago because my lifting was suffering due to old injuries. I could not get out of my plateau because i was limited.. the fat loss was a perk that came after the recovery of old injuries.. my knees finally don't scream after every leg workout or cardio session and i can finally do a lat pulldown without my shoulder locking out on me.. so GH is miraculous for injury rehabilitation and the fact that i was in the best shape of my life was fantastic, but that took about 4 months of gh use, with anavar, heavy training and dieting to acheive... ok.. done with my tangent Smile

Supergirl, thank you so much for all your help. I think I finally have my diet adjusted for my hypo, including eating every three hours. I'm not crashing all the time now. Diesel had me on a great training schedule that included doing my cardio in the morning like you suggested, I've just been stuck. I had already started the gh since your last post and am going to stick with it for a few months to see if I can get over this hump. I am paying closer attention to everything now, so we'll see. Thanks again, you really helped me out.

awesome tristan!!! i am so glad you are feeling a bit more steady!! i hate that jittery, cold sweat feeling when hypo sets in!!

the morning cardio will definitely blow ya past any plateaus!!
