You don't give things enough time and you rush into starting supplements before you know what's up or what you are doing. That's all....

I'd like to know more about your diet as well. All the supplements in the world will not help if your diet isn't there and if you're not getting the proper calories/nutrients, etc. What up Web and X?

I think I'll stay on the sidelines with this one. No one wants my opinion without making a few bruises. I love ya Iron Man, but it is much better to be working with someone personally who can make sure things are being done right. Accountability is key in some cases.
