Help Designing a cutting stack

This would be my first cycle. My stats are 23yrs old, 6'3, 215lbs, 12% bf. I would like help developing a cutting stack. I have been through the drug profiles and searched on many posts and would now like to get some of your opinions on what would be best suited for a novice to AAS. I havce been training for over 5 years now and I have an excellent grasp on my diet/nutrition.

Winny seems to be the choice when it comes to cutting. It's profile says it work well with parabolan, but its not recommended for novice users. What else would you reccmomend and at what dosages? EQ?

I would like to get down to 8% bf and a small increase in lean mass.

8-10 weeks of Tren/Prop with Winny at 50mg/day the last 6 weeks of the cycle should do it well for you. The tren/prop would be like 100mg each EOD. This stack is a solid stack for your goals and if you diet down but still eat right you may get a little more by way of lean mass gains than you expect with a nice drop in bodyfat. Switch up the routine with a high volume routine too since it will be very conducive to burning fat while still being a little anabolic with the right diet.

So it looks like this

week 1 - 8 Parabolan(Tren) 100mg EOD
week 1 - 8 Test Prop 100mg EOD
weeks 2 - 8 Winny 50mg ED

Winny doesnt aromatize much but with the test prop and tren, should I add some Liquidex?

As far as calories are concerned, should I do maintenance minus say 500?

I'd use ldex .5 ed and hcg 500iu eod
I wouldn't focus on calorie count so much - I'd make sure to up my protein and down my fat and carbs.

For the cal's, I wouldn't focus too much on them but they are good indicators. Up the routine to include more reps for fat burning. Higher reps and more exercises will boost the basal metabolism pretty high. Work with moderately glycemic carbs each meal with the occasional fruit the first 2 meals of the day if you want. I would say do maintenance cal's, but be mindful of the carbs, fat, and protein and keep in mind the types of all those you take in as well as the quantities.

Hey Bro's i'm about to start a cycle almost identical to the one Spook posted here, can ya tell me if i heard right, that i can Drink the Winny and still get the same effects as injecting it??

I Dont think you can mix the Winny in with the Prop and Tren in the same syringe can you, cause they're oil based and the Winny isnt??

Winny is usually water based or the Vet grade winny is but there are some oil based winnies I have seen out there before (usually UG lab made). Winny can be drank to get the same effect, but with a loss of no more than 10% of the product due to metabolism (not a huge difference at all). I'd recommend to never mix and oil based suspension with a water based. You probably could do it, but I don't know what the pain afterward would feel like either, and some water based stuff will really sore you up the next day due to crystalline deposits in the muscle tissue.
